Getting Started

  • An Introductory meeting set up- Call us or email us today to set up an onsite meeting or conference call to be introduced to what we do and how we do it.
  • A confidentiality and a non-binding commitment letter are signed agreeing to move forward with the evaluation process. This assures data is confidential and assures the customer has real interest in seeing a proposal and going thru the overall process.
  • Fleet data is gathered and validated for the proposal. If considering financing, the credit approval process is started so the financing can be included in the proposal.
  • The proposal is presented to customer for review.
